But the majority of recent complaints paint a troubling picture. Renters report active German roach infestations, management that ignores pest warnings, violent crime including homicides and shootings on the grounds, unpaid deposits months after move-out, inconsistent lease records, and staff who blame tenants for problems rather than fix them. The property manager and front office change frequently, leaving confusion over policy and costs. Several residents stayed a year or less before leaving. Built on former woods, the complex struggles with pest control despite known risk. Staff inconsistency extends to contradicting their own website: one applicant was quoted $25 per application on-site but saw $15 online, told cosigners were welcome, then denied months later. Broken compactors overflow; the pool has been shuttered for over a year. While wheelchair access and on-site maintenance are available, enforcement and follow-through appear absent.
